Hi. My name is Stephanie Eissinger. I've been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for over 20 years and a Certified Professional Life Coach since January of 2015. Yoga came into my life when I began using it to help me with running recovery. Overtime, my interest in the physical, mental and emotional health benefits of yoga practices grew. I completed a 6 month Yoga and Psychology course that inspired me to begin a personal meditation and breath practice and to be more mindfulness in my asana practice. The greatest gift yoga has given me is equanimity, the ability to weather life's storms with calm acceptance, and the steadfast knowledge that I am enough! I began weaving what I learned into my work with both my counseling and my coaching clients with great success.


This success deepened my passion to provide even more valuable services to my clients and led to my becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher. I love working with women who are struggling to reconnect with their bodies in a healthy way and want to find natural, effective ways to manage their stress, anxiety, and depression. My mission is to empower women to invest in themselves and to provide a safe space and tools for them to do so. I am most passionate about guiding individuals to cultivate a regular personal practice that meets their particular needs on any given day and to live more authentically and non-apologetically, every...single...day!

I specialize in Life Fitness Coaching, small Mindful Yoga Practice groups/classes/workshops and in private yoga sessions that are tailored to cultivate emotional balance and meet the specific needs of individual clients. The styles of yoga I teach most frequently are Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Mindful Vinyasa. These are NOT physical fitness services, they are mindful practices that focus on cultivating overall well-being, inner peace and equanimity. Improved physical fitness is a beautiful bonus! I believe that yoga practices are for everybody and every body and especially love working with beginners and individuals who have been reluctant to try yoga, for whatever reason. I feel blessed with the ability to empower women through coaching and the mindful practice of yoga, helping them self-prescribe natural, healthy ways to deal with stress, anxiety and depression, and to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and the world around them.
