Tanya Fasnacht Jolliffe, RDN, LD, CMHIMP is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider who is passionate about helping people live a healthy and whole life. She uses conventional medicine and nutrition best practices with applied wellness methods to provide tools and coaching strategies that IGNITE the change within for wholeness and lasting health transformation.
Tanya began her career as a registered and licensed dietitian working as a specialist in end-stage organ disease. First as part of a multi-center cooperative research study in the area of end-stage liver disease and then providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education to people with diabetes-related organ disease, end-stage kidney disease, and end-stage liver disease. She established the transplant clinical dietitian position at the teaching hospital where she worked in Cincinnati, Ohio while serving those receiving solid organ transplantation of the kidney, liver, or pancreas. Tanya was also an integral member of the transplant multi-disciplinary care team and liver transplant selection committee.
Working as an online healthy eating expert and health coach with SparkPeople.com presented a new setting where Tanya could support clients as they created healthier lifestyle behaviors to promote and manage health using a web-based platform. Over the years she has also helped startup companies, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations produce strategies and programs that brought about growth and change. Most recently, Tanya served as a subject matter expert at Rolling Strong where they developed a cutting-edge approach to transportation wellness that resulted in company acquisition and national recognition as one of The Nation's Best and Brightest in Wellness in 2017.
In 2019, Tanya ventured out on her own to bring her strengths in nutrition care, wellness integration, health coaching, and strategic design and founded L I T Wellness Solutions to help people IGNITE the change within. Her values-based integrative solutions guide individuals and organizations as they address barriers that prevent lasting health and wellness transformation. L I T Wellness Solutions is a dually certified women-owned small business (WOSB) enterprise (WBE). Tanya has also published a mindfulness-based journaling program entitled, "The Mindful Me Journey: A 40-Day Guided Journal Toward a Healthier Relationship with Food and Exercise" to help people break the cycle of chronic dieting and disorder. “The Mindful Me Journey” was an Amazon #1 New Release in 2019.
