Thank you for taking time to visit our website. My goal for R.E.A.L Wellness is to provide a supportive community & full spectrum of wellness solutions to help you live the most vibrant expression of you. Our name represents the fluid process of cultivating balance and health in daily life: Relax: “Let go of tension, tightness, and stress,” Energize: “Breathe and tune in to your natural state of vitality,” Activate: “Set your intention and be present,” Live: “Live the most vibrant expression of you.” I am deeply grateful for the amazing team of professionals who have supported this vision. Each team member as well as our self-care products have been selected to provide the highest quality in experience. 

The vision for R.E.AL. Wellness started with my own journey in wellness. I have actively practiced yoga, meditation, and a holistic approach to health for many years and, in my professional life, had the opportunity to work with some of the best brands in health & wellness space.. However, as a mother, wife, and busy professional I found it hard to find the best products and services. The products and professionals were difficult to find, from sporadic sourcing, and with little assurance of a quality experience. 

Our Wellness Pass memberships are designed to make it easy to bring the best of wellness into your daily life. We have been thrilled to receive rave reviews from our growing community and are always happy to take custom requests.
