What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is actively engaging all senses to create a sense of tranquility and transformation. You will learn tools to help with focusing in the moment. Mindfulness uses breath work to help with reducing stress and to help mind, body & soul become more cohesive for an exceptional experience. Practices can also include journal work and self-reflection as a way to build awareness into triggers/stressors. This will aide in providing different tools and strategies to manage any difficulties one may be experiencing.

Mindfulness Sessions are available in individual session and group experience formats.   Mindfulness is integrated throughout our services at REAL Wellness.
