Wellness Coaching


What is Wellness Coaching?

Our Certified Wellness Coaches will help you learn more about wellness strategies that meet your individual needs. Anywhere from emotional, mental, physical, nutritional, interpersonal, and financial dimensions of wellness, your coach will consult with you and curate a plan to help you to live a more grounded and holistic life.   Our Coaches hold a variety of certifications including: Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and Alliance of Integrative Medicine (*see individual bios for full list of certifications).  Wellness Coaching is available in individual session and group Wellness Circle formats.  

Our Wellness Circle:  small group experience (up to 10 people per session.  The Wellness Circle is a time for you to slow down and check in with yourself midweek. You have an inner knowing of your needs and how best to meet them. The Wellness Circle is the gift to you of time and space to reconnect with yourself and meet your needs based on the four pillars of R.E.A.L. Wellness - Relax, Energize, Activate and Live.
 
The Wellness Circle experience includes a guided mindfulness practice to align your Mind Body and Spirit. There is an elevation of the experience when it is in community. You will also receive R.E.A.L. wisdom and learn tools you can use outside the Wellness Circle to support your R.E.A.L. living between groups and services. You will leave feeling relaxed, energized, and empowered.

Individual Sessions & Wellness Wednesday Wellness Circle:
  • Join our Wellness Circle! Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:30 ($99 Wellness Pass Special Rate: 1 Month, 4 weekly Wellness Circles, small groups with up to 10 people per session) 
  • Individual session: $130 per hour 
  • Membership Packages provide discounted rates
