Breathwork is done in a relaxing, restorative environment, and impacts both physical, mental, and emotional aspects of wellness. This will enable you to ground and focus on the mind-body connection. It is a truly empowering experience that will leave you both rested and energized.
Breathwork is currently included within our group experience sessions: Intuitive Tuesday (featuring Reiki & Relaxation) as well as our Wellness Wednesday (Wellness Circle). In addition, Breathwork events provide an immersive healing experience in a workshop environment.
