1/2 tsp | Baking Soda | In another bowl combine softened butter and mix in sugar, egg & vanilla. |
1/2 tsp | Baking Powder | Beat until creamy. |
Pinch | Salt | Slowly pour in flour mix. Add arrowroot/tapioca flour slowly and stir to combine. |
1 tsp | Cinnamon | Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. |
1/2 cup (1 stick) | Butter (Grass-fed) | Form into balls. |
1 cup | Coconut Sugar | You can roll the balls in stevia or sprinkle coconut crystals. |
1 | Egg | Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. |
1 tsp | Vanilla | Let cool and ENJOY! |
