Ground Turkey or Bison | 3 lbs | Add ground meat and cook until brown, crumbling meat as it cooks. |
Baby Spinach, chopped | 3 cups | Stir in spinach, carrots, zucchini & peas. |
Carrots, shredded | 2 | Stir in rice and cook until spinach is wilted and mixture is heated thru (about 4 minutes). |
Zucchini, shredded | 1 | Cool completely. |
Peas (frozen) | 1/2 cup | Serve about 1 cup and ENJOY:) |
