It's out! The list for the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen produce has been released for 2020. Summer is in the air, which means fresh produce is going to be readily available. It is always good to know which ones are better to pick organic vs. non-organic. When possible, try to purchase all organic, but here's the list of the best choices.
Remember, the Clean 15 are okay to purchase non-organic and the Dirty Dozen you want to try to purchase organic or frozen organic. Reason being, the Dirty Dozen contain the highest amounts of pesticide residue while the Clean 15 have the lowest levels of pesticide contamination.
