Ingredients:
-9 oz. green beans, top and tailed, halved
-1 red onion, thinly sliced
-2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
-2 TBSP EVOO
-2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
-2-4 TBSP Pine Nuts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350▫
Place the Green Beans, Onions, Garlic & EVOO on the baking tray. Toss to coat the beans.
Transfer into the oven for 20-30 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the beans are tender.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pine nuts (try roasting the pine nuts for a minute to give an added crunch) to serve.
