Baked Salmon with Turmeric
Wild-caught Salmon is full of Omegas which help with immunity. Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory which can help with ridding toxins and to help the body stay in balance.
Quantity | Ingredient | Directions |
---|---|---|
1 lb | Wild-caught salmon | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
1 TBSP | EVOO | While oven is preheating, coat salmon with the EVOO. |
Pinch | Salt | Mix the spices together. |
1 tsp | Ground Turmeric | Sprinkle over the salmon to coat evenly. |
1/2 tsp | Ground Paprika | Bake for 20-30 minutes or until salmon is baked through. |
1/2 tsp | Garlic Powder | Serve with your choice of sides. |
1/4 tsp | Onion Powder | Enjoy! |
1/4 tsp | Black Pepper |
