Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Almonds are a sleep superstar. They contain magnesium, which promotes both sleep and muscle relaxation. As well, they’re rich in protein, which will help you maintain a stable blood sugar level while sleeping. 
Stay well and sleep well!

Ingredients Quantity Directions
Rosemary (fresh chopped) 1 tbsp Preheat oven to 325º
EVOO 1 tbsp Combine Ingredients in a medium bowl
Chile Powder 1 tsp Toss to coat
Kosher Salt 3/4 tsp Arrange nut mixture in a single layer on foil lined baking sheet
Red Pepper (ground) dash Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Whole Almonds 1 10oz bag (2 cups) Let cool & Enjoy!
