Rosemary Roasted Almonds
Almonds are a sleep superstar. They contain magnesium, which promotes both sleep and muscle relaxation. As well, they’re rich in protein, which will help you maintain a stable blood sugar level while sleeping.

Ingredients | Quantity | Directions |
---|---|---|
Rosemary (fresh chopped) | 1 tbsp | Preheat oven to 325º |
EVOO | 1 tbsp | Combine Ingredients in a medium bowl |
Chile Powder | 1 tsp | Toss to coat |
Kosher Salt | 3/4 tsp | Arrange nut mixture in a single layer on foil lined baking sheet |
Red Pepper (ground) | dash | Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly toasted. |
Whole Almonds | 1 10oz bag (2 cups) | Let cool & Enjoy! |
