Paleo Graham Crackers
We are starting summer with our sweet series. Start off with being the hostess with the best S'more's around. We are featuring a homemade graham cracker that are nutritious and paleo. If you can purchase local honey it will help with battling those nasty allergies! Top off with your dark chocolate or pair with some coconut milk for a nice treat. Adding Cinnamon will aide in concentration and energy throughout the day.

Ingredients | Quantity | Directions |
---|---|---|
Almond Flour | 3/4 cup | Pre-heat oven to 350º |
Arrow Root Starch (or Instant Tapioca) | 1/2 cup | Mix dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl |
Coconut Flour | 1 tbsp | Add coconut oil, honey, molasses to dry mixture, whisking to form a dough |
Baking Soda | 1/2 tsp | Roll out dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper until a 1/4 inch thick, shaping into a rectangle as you roll |
Salt | 1/4 tsp | Peel the top piece of parchment and transfer rectangular dough to a baking sheet |
Coconut Oil | 1/4 cup | Cut the dough into smaller rectangles, piercing each one with a fork several times |
Honey | 3 tbsp | Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. with dark edges |
Molasses | 1tbsp | Remove baking tray from the oven and cut the dough again along the same lines |
Cinnamon | 1/4 tsp | Transfer crackers to a wire rack to finish cooling & Enjoy! |
